Service Technician

Providing service and maintenance to customers inside the Sydney metropolitan area.

Key Duties

  • Attend to Service Call-Outs and Repair Faults
  • Carry out Preventative Maintenance Works
  • Inspect Project Installations prior to commissioningCommissioning of Stulz equipment 
  • Perform training on functionality and operation of the Stulz equipment.
  • Any other such duties or work that require to be carried out under the terms: - service calls, repairs, preventative maintenance, commissioning and training 


Key responsibilities of a Service Technician:

  • Ensure that all service calls, preventative maintenance and repair work is carried out to highest possible standard and to the client‘s expectations and satisfaction. 
  • Upon completion of all service calls, preventative maintenance and repair works, ensure site is left in a clean and tidy state.
  • Ensure maintenance is performed in accordance with Stulz’s operating and maintenance manual
  • All Stulz air-conditioning units are optimally commissioned and meet tender specifications in all areas. 
  • Ensure pre-commissioning check-sheets are fully completed by contractors prior to commissioning being performed 
  • Project Installations are completed efficiently, within time frame and budget. 
  • Ensure Service and Preventative Maintenance reports are fully complete and processed promptly. 
  • Stulz philosophies are accurately provided at all times 
  • Assist to ensure spare parts stock levels are maintained at sufficient levels at all times 
  • Regular communication with office staff for coordination of work 


Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum 5 years' industry experience
  • Commissioning of computer room air-conditioning units
  • Full Refrigeration and Air conditioning qualifications.
  • Arc Tick License
  • Supervisor License.
